This home was built with a rustic-modern feel. We took reclaimed lumber out of a 1920’s home and custom built the island and open shelves for the kitchen, a beautiful vanity for the powder room, the mantel, and two hall tree’s for the entry ways. We merged the rustic feel with textured Eu2014 COBA Tour of Homes Award Winnerro style cabinets, sleek cabinet pulls, modern looking tile, solid brushed quartz counter tops, unique oil rubbed bronze light fixtures and distressed full oak hardwood floors complete with a tile entry inlay. This home is handicap adaptable with a wheel in tile shower, wider doors and hallways, and stamped concrete on the front and rear porches. It also has an easy flowing open floor plan with an abundance of storage space throughout plus an oversized pantry every cook would appreciate.
